This matching set of serving dishes, made from Silver, have the inscription:

To Capt. C. E. Nyman
From Officers, NCO's & Men
The 8th Field Company S.A.E.C.
Oct. 1942

The motif of the Company of a Circle with Lightning Bolt is above the inscription.

Copy of Hallmark on base of dishes is included in photographs.

Darkness shown is due to the oxidization of the silver only - they need a good polish only.
